What benefits does the Membership pass offer?The Membership pass entitles Unlimited jumps every day for the valid period.

What does the Membership include?Membership includes one pair of Grip Socks at the start of the program.

Where should we collect our membership card from?The SKY JUMPER Membership card needs to be collected at our venue, once you purchase & receive it.

Where can we redeem the membership card?The membership card can be redeemed across any location of Sky Jumper in India.

Do we need to carry the membership card?Card is mandatory on every visit & must be presented at the Ticket Counter.

Do we need to show a photo ID while redeeming the tickets?Valid photo ID is required to be presented at the reception while redeeming tickets.

Can we get a refund if we return our membership card?This card once purchased is non refundable, non-transferable and not shareable.

Can we pause our membership?Memberships cannot be paused.

What to do if our card is lost or stolen?Duplicate card can be issued in Lost or stolen cases at a charge of Rs.250/-.

What are the conditions regarding booking slots?Booking slots are subject to availability, house waiting rules apply.

Can we utilise all the activities on all days?Sky Jumper Trampoline park does not guarantee the usage of all activities on certain busy days & in case of any area (trampoline activity) being closed due to maintenance / special events.
